Brian Kennedy - Chairman and Owner

Brian moved into Business after quitting university and through organic growth and acquisitions built up a Group with revenues in excess of $1billion employing 3500 people. He has successfully floated two Groups to the London Stock Exchange Aims Market in the last 2 years – Epwin PLC and Entu PLC. Business sectors include Renewable Energy Construction and Operation; Industrial and Office Property Ownership and Management; Plastic Extrusion Manufacture; Waste Management, Home Improvement (Remodelling), Glass Sealed Unit Manufacture; Feature Film Production; and Ownership of a Professional Rugby Club in The English Premier League – Sale Sharks. Brian also has a charitable organisation that he is actively involved in.

Adrian Kirk - Group Chief Financial Officer

Adrian trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and joined Brian Kennedy’s organisation in 1990 as a financial controller. Adrian has held a variety of senior roles in the Kennedy empire for several of the Latium Group’s existing and past divisions, in various industry sectors including telecommunications, home improvements, manufacturing and property. His is involved in M & A ; raising and restructuring corporate debt; controlling the financial operations of all the businesses; was heavily involved in the Entu and Epwin IPO’s; was a key member of the team that did the DD, raised the finance and built and still operates the Little Raith Wind Farm; and interestingly controlled the budgets for two Hollywood films.

Andy Page - Group Legal Director

Andy Page is a solicitor who qualified in 2000, training with Hammonds (now Squire Patton Boggs). He worked at Hammonds for 7 years post qualification, specialising in corporate law. Andy moved in-house first with the Ofer Group in London before joining the Latium Group in 2008 where he has worked since. Andy is the sole Legal Counsel to the Latium Group having responsibility for all legal matters for each of the business divisions within the group and oversees all corporate transactions affecting the group.

Dave Challinor - Group Tax Director

David transferred to KPMG’s Manchester office in 2002 and specialised further within corporate tax in transactions services, particularly involving private equity houses. From 2005 David was the focal point for the provision of all of KPMG’s services to Latium. David joined Latium in March 2009 and has full responsibility for all of the group’s corporate tax affairs, including PAYE and VAT. David has also specialised in personal taxation and in assessing investment opportunities.
